Get Involved WITH MNCAPS
As a professional, there are many ways you can get involved with MNCAPS. Guest instructors provide their expertise on topics aligned to the MNCAPS curriculum. Teachers use an approach to learning that enables students to master academic core content first and then see how this learning is implemented by business partners to provide solutions to real-world challenges.
All MNCAPS students have a one-to-one mentor. Mentors help guide MNCAPS students through the program and share real-world, industry knowledge. Often mentors will make networking introductions, provide internships and employment opportunities, host extended site visits and more.
Teach one or more lessons about a specific topic you have experience in related to a professional pathway.
Offer internships to students who can add value to your company and have shown themselves capable of excelling in a professional environment.
Meet bi-weekly with a student to provide them with advice and support as they explore a particular profession.
Provide a project for a group of students to work on for your company.
Host a group of students as they visit your workplace to learn about your business.
